This item will be delivered by a white glove freight carrier to ensure the safest and most convenient delivery. Please note:
- A white glove delivery team consists of at least two people so you will not be burdened with carrying your order from the back of the truck to your home.
- Once your order arrives in your area, a representative from the white glove carrier will call you to arrange a 4 hour window for delivery.
- You must inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the product has any damage or if you are concerned there may be damage, please write "Product Damaged" on the sheet you are asked to sign. This ensures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to resolve the problem.

- Packaging: The product will be left in the original packaging.
- Delivery to: Inside your residence to the room you choose. This includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights, please contact us*.
- Assembly Service: The shipper will unpack the product and provide basic setup that requires no tools (i.e. set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other).
- Packaging: The shipper will remove and dispose of all packaging.

This is an absolutely gorgeous piece of furniture, though it is a beast. It came completely assembled, save for the feet that screw on the bottom. The hinged panel makes wiring a breeze, as the backs of all components are easily accessible. There's also a small shelf in the rear on which is mounted a power strip. While it's woefully inadequate for my system, I was able to replace it with my surge protector very easily. The only con is that the components are a very tight fit. I actually had to remove the cabinet doors and hinges to fit evertything in, then re-install them. I'd expected this with my HTPC, since the case is larger than your average A/V component. However, my receiver is a standard Yamaha. That I still had to remove the door to squeeze the receiver in came as a bit of a surprise. If you're concerned about fit, be sure to ask not only for the internal dimentions of the cabinets, but also the width of the opening as measured from the hinge. This is the only reason I took one star off. Overall, it's a beautiful, sturdy, functional piece of furniture that I love having in my livingroom.

Delivery went very well. The product is very well packed. It is real heavy, though -- definitely not something you can move around by yourself unless you have the proper equipment (furniture dolly, etc...)
Once in place, highly recommend sliders under the piece's feet.

Love the look and design of this item. We replaced the square silver knobs with some antique brass to closer match some other furniture in our collection. Feel like this was a great bargain after shopping some other retailers. Really cleaned up the look of our home theater. Love the built in center speaker shelf. Flip open panel at the rear of the console top is awesome and makes wiring a cinch. Fitting larger components in the cabinet shelving was a puzzle but doable. Bottom of cabinet had a small gouge/rough edge that we fixed with some shoe polish.
